How it works

ratemyfur is a silly little site for rating chest hair. Here's how it stays friendly, anonymous and safe without anyone sitting in a back room looking at photos.

Rating

Tap a score from 1 to 10 and the crowd's average appears. You can rate each photo once. You don't need an account. A quick, usually invisible robot check stops people stuffing the ballot box.

Adding your chest

• You crop your photo to your chest. Any face we can find is blurred on your phone, before anything is uploaded, and you can blur tattoos, birthmarks or anything else.
• Your phone saves a fresh copy of the photo, which drops hidden details like location and camera model. We strip them again when it arrives, just in case.
• Two separate AI models check every photo. Both must agree it's an adult man's hairy chest, with no face, no identifying marks, nobody else in shot and nothing rude. If either has doubts, the photo is turned away.
• You get a private delete link. Use it any time and your photo is gone for good.

AI-generated photos

To get things going, some chests are made by AI. They're labelled AI-generated and go through exactly the same checks.

Removing a photo

Tap the flag on any photo.

• "This is me and I want it gone" removes the photo straight away. No proof needed, no questions asked.
• For anything else, such as a visible face or tattoo, the photo is checked again by AI and removed if it fails. If three different people flag it, it's removed regardless.

To stop abuse, each person can flag a limited number of photos a day. If you uploaded the photo yourself, use your delete link or My photos.

Who runs this?

ratemyfur is an independent, just-for-fun project. There are no accounts and we don't know who you are. That's on purpose.
